Senior Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team in Lakeside, California. With a focus on areas like cost accounting, payroll, and government contracts, this role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in SAP, ADP Workforce Now, and month-end closing.

• Accurately process customer credit applications
• Maintain and update customer credit records in a timely manner
• Resolve customer inquiries and provide efficient solutions
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
• Ensure the accuracy of cost accounting and job cost records
• Handle payroll duties, including certified payroll and workers’ compensation
• Work with SAP and ADP Workforce Now for various accounting tasks
• Manage month-end closing processes
• Handle accounting aspects of government contracts
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now software
• Certification in Payroll Processing
• Expertise in Cost Accounting
• Familiarity with Government Contracts
• Experience in Job Costing
• Ability to perform Month End Close activities
• Extensive knowledge in Payroll administration
• Proficiency in SAP software
• Experience with Worker’s Compensation policies and procedures
