• Masters in Commerce/ Finance or any relative field
• Independently prepare and manage all documents in line with VAT regulations and other related activities without any supervision.
• Working with tax laws in UAE and update the changes to the management.
• Understanding of UAE VAT laws, VAT registration and implementation (Practical experience)
• Conduct auditing of the company without any supervision.
• Ensures timely reconciliation and reporting of all financial statements and prepares financial analyses for the Director and other key stakeholders as requested; and maintains fiscal records.
• Assist in implementing AML policies and procedures in compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations.
• Support in maintaining AML documentation and promptly report any suspicious transactions.
• Assist the taxable person with his tax obligations according to a contractual agreement between the person and the Tax Agent, in accordance with the Tax Agent’s duties as stated in the tax legislation.
• Familiar with FTA regulations
• Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date balance sheets and submitting to the stakeholders

Experience:

• Vat filing: 1 year (Preferred)
• AML: 1 year (Preferred)
• Balance sheet reports: 4 years (Preferred)
• Bank Reconcilation: 1 year (Preferred)
