As a Senior Accounting and Process Analyst at the Ford of Europe Customer & Service Division Extended Service Business department you have the opportunity to be the key accounting consultant who supports our business or legally driven system and process changes. These changes are essential to drop our manufacturer role with dealer franchise model and become a subscription based B2C service provider. • Excellent English knowledge (written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree - preferable in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 5 years work experience with digital accounting systems
• Ability to appropriately prioritize tasks and deliver objectives
• Confident communicator and able to work well in a team both at a local and global level but equally focused on own work assignments
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good skills of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word)
• You will give continuous accounting support of daily operation
• You will consult and advise the accounting setup and interfacing process at any downstream system changes
• You will provide accounting and taxation support at the introduction of any business or legally mandated process changes for loyalty products
• You will supervise the monthly reconciliation and booking activities of our subscribed products
• Engagement in global projects with colleagues from all over the world
• Managing your own time in order to meet objectives and report status during regular team meetings
• Supporting the launch of the new loyalty system for 19 European markets
• Supporting new business models with accounting system design
• Advising the test processes prior to accounting or taxation related system change launches
