What we are looking for:
Our client’s growing success means they need a meticulous Senior Accounts Payable Clerk to champion accuracy within their Finance Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact on their fast-paced operations.

What you will do:

  • Ensure timely and precise processing of invoices, both PO and non-PO.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams, resolving queries with speed and professionalism.
  • Handle credit card statement reviews, collaborating effectively with cardholders for complete documentation.
  • Prepare weekly payment runs and meticulously reconcile supplier statements.
  • Proactively investigate and clear open items and debit balances.
  • Champion accuracy with AP ledger reconciliations.

What you need:

  • Solid understanding of accounts payable practices, three-way matching, ideally within a manufacturing or retail setting.
  • Exceptional accuracy, a knack for numbers, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • A collaborative mindset with the self-motivation to excel.
  • Experience working with an ERP system and strong Excel skills.
