Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for Flexipurchase queries and claims across the business. You’ll be part of the wider Accounts Payable team to which you’ll provide leadership and development assistance. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintain Flexipurchase with KiwiRail employee details and cost coding objects.
- Review, approve and process reimbursement payments to KiwiRail employees in line with their entitlements and policies.
- Assist the team in the processing and reconciliation of accounts payable invoices in Amos, Esker and SAP.
- Train and support Flexipurchase users on the Flexipurchase system and guide them on the responsible use of Flexipurchase.
- Answer queries and assist employees to understand any anomalies, including querying any transactions with BNZ.
