ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Team Leader to oversee our Corporate and Government teams within the Accounts Receivable department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing three distinct teams, with 12 staff members along with a 2-I-C.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leadership: Lead and mentor three dedicated teams, providing guidance and support to drive performance and professional development.
• Mentoring & Coaching: Foster a growth mindset and support the learning and development of team members.
• Performance Management: Monitor team performance, set clear goals, and provide regular feedback and support.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth operation of accounts receivable processes for corporate and government clients.
• Innovation: Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the efficiency of the accounts receivable processes.
