MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • BCom

EXPERIENCE

  • Five years of relevant experience
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.

  • Good understanding of business practices
  • Project management skills, self managing and delivers timely
  • Global acumen and relationship management
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities, resourceful and resilient
  • Strong data analytics skills and experience with survey tools, Excel, Power BI and Alteryx

Responsible for managing the Talent Link Portfolio in NER
NER Region’s SAICA management with SAICA rep
