A committed, enthusiastic and experienced Senior Admin Assistant is required to provide comprehensive administrative support to members of the MSK Interface Service. You will need to be computer literate, have word processing skills and typing experience. Previous administrative experience is essential, preferably in health/social care setting. You will be required to work using your own initiative within a busy team, must be able to communicate well - clear and concise, and have an adaptable and flexible attitude to your work. You will be quick to learn new IT systems - be able to hit the ground running, comfortable learning new office/administrative processes and procedures - flexible to it constantly evolving, but also to maintain high standard of work. You will have excellent organisational and prioritising skills as multi-tasking will be a daily occurrence while you are managing one of 2 main phone lines, alongside your regular workload. Attention to detail is paramount to this role, as is being able to to communicate well with a very personable manner.
Being able to hit the ground running from the onset will be a huge advantage.
This post will be working Monday-Friday, based at Camborne/Redruth Community Hospital.

To provide comprehensive administrative support ensuring that a high quality service is delivered at all times.
To work with a degree of flexibility to service needs
To guarantee that all functions are carried out in accordance with agreed processes, procedures, protocols and time-scales, reporting to the Team Administrator/Admin Lead, as necessary.
