Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Senior Administration Assistant within our complex Intervention Service. The complex Intervention Service comprises of our Trauma Team and Specialist Psychotherapy Service.
Good organisational and communication skills are essential to the successful candidate to be able to liaise with a multi-disciplinary team and ensure excellent standards are achieved.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support including reception duties and contribute to the planning and development of the department as a member of the team.
The post holder will work as an essential member of the Complex Intervention Team, supporting the delivery of an effective, efficient, responsive, and high-quality service.
Good organisational and planning skills, using own initiative
Excellent team player and ability to work on own using initiative
Ability to prioritise and process information according to urgency
Experience in maintaining office systems
Excellent customer care skills
Excellent communication skills when dealing with patients, staff, visitors and outside agencies
To provide administrative support to the Trauma Team, Specialist Psychotherapy Team and MBT Service
To work using own initiative managing and prioritising workload, managing office systems, maintaining databases, word processing letter, answering and making calls
Minuting of different meeting of a none complex and complex nature
