Responsibilities:

As Senior Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of our staff development courses. You will use your skills and experience to provide support to our schools and education team, under the direction of the operations manager. This role is office based, working in a small, friendly team of business support staff. We are based just outside of the city and free parking is available.
You will be responsible for: communications between departments, schools and external partners; calendar management; events planning; online systems and general administrative tasks.
You will be a skilled communicator, have excellent written and spoken English, and have a good level of computer literacy. This is an exciting role for someone to join a progressive team.
