Description:
JASARA PMC is looking for a dedicated Senior Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will provide high-level administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. You will contribute to enhancing productivity by managing daily administrative tasks, streamlining processes, and supporting various departments across the organization. Your efforts will help facilitate a collaborative and effective working environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in an administrative role, with at least 2 years in a senior position.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Experience in coordinating office operations and managing projects.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow within the office.
- Provide executive-level administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring all administrative resources are adequately stocked.
- Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor and assess administrative processes, recommending improvements as necessary.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Supervise and mentor junior administrative staff, fostering their professional development.
