ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who:
Can deliver multiple administrative support activities and services in line with agreed service standards, timeframes, and milestones
- .Can provide prompt, courteous, and effective service to customers
- .Can deal with staff, external stakeholders, and issues in a professional and confidential manner
- .Has demonstrated experience in utilising internal systems such as TechOne, Content Manager, InfoCouncil and Pathways
- .Has a minimum secondary school completion and/or relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and support services to facilitate the operation of the Property team.
With many learning and growth opportunities, the successful candidate will provide a range of administrative services to deliver on Council’s strategic initiatives and support the team in delivering property projects and tasks.
You can also expect to:
Prepare documents, correspondence, and reports as well as meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes for the team
- .Complete financial transactions and purchasing services
- .Respond to emails and phone enquires in a timely and professional manner
- .Update and maintain diaries, records, and databases to ensure that all information is accurately and correctly stored and accessible
- .Coordinate the Strategic Land and Property Working Group meetings
- .Track Departmental enquires requiring responses and actions allocated by Council and other Executives.
