Responsibilities:
- Work directly with our Senior Management team and their clients to help manage their dynamic growing practices
- Schedule, liaise and communicate with others, including clients, to proactively prepare information in advance of meetings (calendar management)
- Receive, distribute, redirect and respond to mail, email, telephone calls, reports and other material. Ensure appropriate follow up action is taken where required in order to meet deadlines
- Prepare, draft, edit and format letters, reports, presentations, spreadsheets and other client correspondence using MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Oversee the client relationship management software for the group, including entry of opportunities, managing the progress and finalization, and client and job creation in the billing system
- Manage the billing process, including drafting and sending invoices to clients
- Prepare and track expense claim submissions
- Support the team in the delivery of exceptional client service
- Occasional reception coverage may be required
- Participate in the development of internal systems and processes
- Partake in projects with others within the New Brunswick business unit (NBBU)
- Coordinate internal/external meetings, room bookings, video conferences and in-office events
