Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Report to the Executive Assistant of Bridgewater Bank.
- Provide administrative support to the business unit Vice Presidents.
- Establish priorities and coordinating administrative workflow, ensuring critical deadlines are met.
- Liaise with the organization’s Executives, internal business units, external partners and suppliers.
- Coordinate details for travel, conference, event and meeting schedules.
- Compile and distribute correspondence, reports, organizational charts and meeting minutes.
- Manage calendars for self and assigned Vice President(s).
- Assist with preparations for tradeshows.
- Report corporate expenses for assigned Vice President(s); reviewing expenses from their direct reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage facilities issues (i.e., access cards, parking, vendors, equipment problems, etc.) and liaising with building operators and vendors.
- Assist with administrative aspects of onboarding or exiting employees.
- Provide expertise in proofreading, editing and formatting various documentation.
- Assist as a resource person on designated projects.
- Provide backup support to other Bridgewater Bank administrative assistant/receptionist on request.
- Assist in planning corporate events.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
- Assist with coordinating office activities (we’re a fun group!).

WHAT YOU’VE DONE
- You have a certificate or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- You’re no newbie; you have experience in the financial industry.
- You have strong knowledge of office procedures and practices.
- You’re self-motivated, efficient and thorough.
- You’re a consummate professional.
- You have a surgeon’s eye for detail – you probably spell-checked this ad!
- You’re a whiz with Microsoft Office Suite and Visio.
- You’re resourceful and flexible; Mary Poppins, eat your heart out.
- You have proven outstanding organizational skills.
- You have superior writing skills.
