Job Description
You will be reporting to the Operations Director, Data Centre.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support to the Operations team to ensure that the department is maintained in an effective, updated and accurate manner
  • To carry out sourcing and purchasing duties including preparing the necessary documentation/paperwork
  • Requisite stationery and pantry refreshment
  • Responsible for preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, goods received, using the SAP software, data key-in, compile and submission of regularly scheduled reports.
  • To coordinate paperwork relating to meter readings, M&E services and other operational processes
  • To coordinate and work closely with internal/external stakeholders in administration duties related to operational matters.
  • To assist in the dealings and correspondences with tenants and partners
  • To perform general administrative and clerical duties including liaising with the Authorities on admin matters
  • Assist in any ad-hoc other general administrative duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing/Facility Management or relevant
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in an administrative support role
  • Systematic, organized, and meticulous
  • Effective and courteous verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service orientated, have a positive work attitude in general.
  • Proactive and able to multi-task with minimum supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office
