Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educatio

  • Experience reviewing and preparing expense reports for leaders
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant in Advice & Acquisition Behaviors and Readiness. This role will support several leaders on the team, responsible for managing calendars, planning and managing meetings, sending and responding to communications, managing approvals, and assisting with travel planning and expenses. In this role, you will:

  • Perform various moderately complex and confidential administrative tasks for leaders
  • Plan in-person and virtual meetings, varying in length and complexity
  • Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of more experienced level administrative work as well as ongoing ad hoc and project or business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables, and pulling routine reports
  • Provide administrative supervision and support to managers in the areas of reporting, customer, or business documentation
  • Support experienced leaders with daily administrative tasks and interact with other Administrative Assistants, internal partners, and senior leaders across the company.
