KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in administrative and HR roles, with at least 2 years of purchasing experience.
- Experience with requisition-to-payment processes gained from working in an Accounts Payable or Purchasing role.
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping and general ledger accounting.
- Exposure to a high transaction processing environment.
- Over 2 years of hands-on experience with major ERP systems, such as JDE, SAP, or Oracle.

Responsibilities:
YOUR PURPOSE
The Senior Administration Executive role is responsible for the overall administrative functions, facilities management, and vendor management in Singapore.
Key Outcomes:
- Front Desk
- Co-ordination of general administration functions
- SAP & procurement standards compliance
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative: purchases and keeping inventory of overall office supplies including stationery, pantry items, cleaning materials and staff welfare (staff meals/staff purchase and other activities).
- Receive, sort and distribution of incoming mail.
- Assist in processing of outgoing mail by post/courier.
- Raise Purchase orders, ensure accurate delivery of stocks, process invoices, and keep track of expenses.
- Support Office Manager in event management/staff engagement activities.
- Support in staff On-boarding process (staff access cards, staff locker, stationary/business cards preparation).
