Description:
SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
An exciting permanent opportunity to join a leading global consultancy firm as a Senior Executive Assistant, supporting VP and MD level executives!
Responsibilities:
- Providing high standards of administrative support to the company’s PMDs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of arrangements and documentation
- Organising internal and external meetings, including diary management and any required logistics
- Managing all aspects of expense processing, liaising with PMDs or suppliers to obtain missing receipts as needed
- Coordinating travel and accommodation, including visas, flights, hotel bookings, car transfers, taxis, and preparing travel packs and itineraries
- Producing, designing, formatting, and collating documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, or liaising with the Design team to ensure brand-compliant formatting
- Assisting with practice development activities, such as external marketing events and initiatives, working with Marketing and Administrative Senior Professionals to organise logistics, venues, and mailshots
- Organising internal events like team-building activities, lunches, and staff away days as required
- Managing the Radius database, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance of Director activities and contacts
- Ensuring timely and accurate entry of time for PMDs
- Producing correspondence, including emails and letters, and liaising with clients professionally over the phone, email, and in person
- Liaising with support teams (IT, Legal, OM & Facilities, HR) to meet business needs
- Providing holiday and sickness cover for Assistants and helping other team members when necessary
- Completing ad hoc tasks as required, such as printing, binding, and scanning
