OUR OPPORTUNITY

Work Location: Perth – The Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk Noongar people
Roster: Monday to Friday
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented individual for this Senior Administrator role where you will be supporting Group Managers within the team.
This position is responsible for the delivery of timely, efficient and effectively high-level administrative support for our business.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2-5 years’ experience in similar role
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic and proven initiative
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • SAP and Concur experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team inclusive of diary management, management of travel and logistics, expense reconciliation and ad hoc administration support.
  • Purchase requisition and accounts payable processing
  • Maintain and process document control as required and ensure the integrity and accessibility of documents within SharePoint and other document management systems
  • Ensure effective onboarding of new team members, including familiarisation with Fortescue systems and practices
  • Facilitate seamless integration of new hires into the business
  • Function as liaison between leaders and departmental stakeholders to promote effective communication and collaboration
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and teamwork across departments
  • Function as the office and facilities champion for the team
  • Catering and workshop coordination
  • Recording action items from team meetings
  • Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Providing general admin support and housekeeping services.
  • Assisting with events and roadshows.
  • Recruitment support and the onboarding of new starters.
  • Point of contact for general enquires.
