We are currently seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented individual for this Senior Administrator role where you will be supporting Group Managers within the team.
This position is responsible for the delivery of timely, efficient and effectively high-level administrative support for our business.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2-5 years’ experience in similar role
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, energetic and proven initiative
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- SAP and Concur experience.
Responsibilities:
- Offer comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team inclusive of diary management, management of travel and logistics, expense reconciliation and ad hoc administration support.
- Purchase requisition and accounts payable processing
- Maintain and process document control as required and ensure the integrity and accessibility of documents within SharePoint and other document management systems
- Ensure effective onboarding of new team members, including familiarisation with Fortescue systems and practices
- Facilitate seamless integration of new hires into the business
- Function as liaison between leaders and departmental stakeholders to promote effective communication and collaboration
- Encourage knowledge sharing and teamwork across departments
- Function as the office and facilities champion for the team
- Catering and workshop coordination
- Recording action items from team meetings
- Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
- Providing general admin support and housekeeping services.
- Assisting with events and roadshows.
- Recruitment support and the onboarding of new starters.
- Point of contact for general enquires.
