Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Senior Administrator at Hineuru Iwi Trust, you will be a key driver of our operational success, ensuring that the Trust runs smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with the CEO, you’ll provide high-quality support while overseeing daily operations.
This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in managing diverse responsibilities, including strategic planning, staff oversight, and liaising with external stakeholders to promote the Trust’s objectives.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily operational functions across the organisation.
  • Develop, review, and implement policies and procedures.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage projects to meet strategic goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvements to the CEO.
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support, including managing the CEO’s calendar, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.
  • Represent Hineuru Iwi Trust in external engagements, fostering key relationships with community networks and government ministries.
