Description:

We are looking for candidates with:

- Strong Microsoft Office and PC skills.
- An understanding of tertiary education academic programmes/course regulations and policies is a benefit.
Responsibilities:
- Creating teaching periods for each new academic year.
- Liaising with allocated academic departments, Schools and Divisional offices on the Dunedin and Southland campuses in order to produce teaching and examination timetables for each paper.
- Testing timetable requirements against room availability information.
- Reviewing and updating information relating to programmes and papers offered by the University and providing advice to relevant boards and committees.
- Co-ordinating room booking requests from students, staff and external clients for pool teaching spaces and centrally managed facilities in a timely and customer focused manner
