Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Senior AdTech Performance Analyst (all genders) to join our dynamic Advertising team (cost-per-click, display advertising and deal campaigns), focusing on performance management across our 3 brands: Foodora, Yemeksepeti and Foodpanda. Bringing expertise in strategic performance optimization across diverse markets, you’ll play a key role in shaping data-driven advertising initiatives across our 18 unique markets.
In this role, you will take the lead on creating and implementing performance management frameworks that drive measurable outcomes across our markets. You will be developing and refining data insights, reporting capabilities, and vendor engagement strategies to enable our teams to monitor and maximize ad performance effectively. Working alongside our regional leadership team in Berlin, your insights and expertise will shape strategic decisions that enhance product offerings, elevate our 360° visibility, and ultimately drive revenue growth across the region.
The ideal candidate has a strong record of driving performance improvements across advertising channels and excels in cross-functional collaboration. YOUR HEROIC SKILLS:

  • You have gained 5 -7 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, or in a fast-paced tech company
  • Experience in paid advertising channel management in a customer centric environment with a track record of delivering results in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated capability to influence stakeholders and manage projects from strategy development through to successful execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and good at interpreting data, generating qualitative feedback and evaluating metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Good business acumen with a strong understanding of commercial topics in the food delivery space.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Enhance Vendor Engagement: Implement proactive strategies that educate vendors on maximizing ad effectiveness for long-term retention
  • Demonstrate Business Acumen: Exhibit strong business judgment and sales management skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic Execution: Own forecasting of business outcomes and regularly audit revenue pipelines to adjust strategies for target achievement
  • Collaborate with Market and Regional Leadership: Partner with local and regional teams to customize strategies that align with market dynamics while meeting regional goals
  • Customize Regional Campaigns: Tailor strategies to fit local market dynamics while achieving overarching regional objectives.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, AdTech, and local teams to evolve offerings based on performance insights
  • Optimize Growth: Define strategies, processes, and tools to accelerate growth and maximize return on investment
