SENIOR ADVERTISING ACCOUNT MANAGER – (FRENCH MARKET; BASED IN DUBLIN)

As a Senior Account Manager you will manage your own portfolio of advertisers, ensuring our Microsoft Advertising offering is valued and understood, driving revenue by linking customers’ needs and objectives to our solutions, and building personable and trusting relationships that increase customer satisfaction. The AM is a core member of the account team focused on driving data-driven optimisations aligned with client needs, executing campaigns, and driving strong coordination of internal resources for excellence in execution of core tasks, account transitions, and client account health.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Native/Fluent French language required
- Solid experience in Digital Advertising Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising)
- Experience of online media or search engine marketing sales and service experience required
- Proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals or targets
- Proven ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customised, customer-focused pitches and solutions
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid knowledge of the online advertising industry, trends, and customers’ needs
- Passion and curiosity for technology as an enabler for customer and company growth
- Ability to travel up to 25% as appropriate

Pursue optimisations to deliver quota expectations: Drive campaign-level budget upsell and optimisation opportunities that align to ROI goals of the client and drive incremental revenue. Leverage internal insights and tool-directed tactics to inform and prioritise upsells and optimisations, seeking to drive swift implementation. Leverage self-serve tools, partnerships and community forums to deliver insights to your customers.
Fluent advocate of the Microsoft Advertising and One Microsoft Story: Educate clients on how the Microsoft Advertising platform and existing features help them to reach their business goals and execute on budgets. Ensure regular client engagement with the Microsoft Advertising platform, and aim to reduce customer reliance on AM for routine tasks. Develop an understanding of the wider Microsoft ecosystem and how this can deliver on the customer’s marketing objectives.
Collaborative and high-performing account team: Ensure timely and proactive customer escalations by effectively leveraging Account Executives and internal partners to resolve day-to-day escalations & revenue blockers. Partner with account team to submit actionable feedback on product, tools and processes through relevant channels.
Continuous learning and professional growth: Continually strengthen your Microsoft advertising and Search Industry expertise by proactively identifying and actioning knowledge gaps. Take personal accountability for your development through a career development plan and regular check-ins with your manager. Complete required and recommended trainings and apply what you learn to further your growth in role and career progression.
