Our goal is to create a new sustainable train network that that will run faster, more often and will be more reliable between Toronto and Québec City. The HFR project is Canada’s largest infrastructure project in generations.

THE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in public administration, Business Administration, Social Work, Community Development, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in community engagement, program management, economic development or a related area.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
- Bilingual (French/English)

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Director, Community Relations, the Senior Advisor, Community Benefits, will support the development and delivery of a Community Benefits Program (CB) which ensures that transit infrastructure investment projects address a broad range of local community needs and provide benefits such as employment, training and apprenticeship opportunities, encourage use of local suppliers and social procurement opportunities.
