• 10+ years of CFO or similar business/finance consulting background.
• Understanding of ERP & BI & Planning implementations and finance processes on high-level. Capability to have meaningful discussions and give consultation on the C-level.
• Experience in working in international organizations operating in Europe, preferably in the Nordics.
• Fluency in English. Finnish and Swedish skills are considered an advantage.
• Great networking and interaction skills, customer-oriented approach, and sales mindset.
• Willingness to be hands-on with tasks such as creating presentations, drafting proposals, and preparing client board papers and records.
• In addition, we consider it an advantage if you have experience in managing software projects, such as ERP implementation.
