As Senior Affiliate Manager at Envato, you’ll be a strategic leader responsible for crafting and executing a high-performing affiliate program that helps fuel Envato’s growth. You’ll lead the affiliates team and leverage your expertise to identify top-tier partners, cultivate strong relationships, and optimize campaigns to maximize customer acquisition and brand awareness.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Develop and implement a data-driven affiliate marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals.
• Identify and recruit high-potential affiliates across various channels, building a diverse and impactful network at a global scale.
• Manage existing affiliates, ensuring they are having maximum impact
• Negotiate and manage profitable partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce engaging and effective promotional materials for affiliates.
• Leverage advanced analytics to track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance for continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry trends and implement best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of affiliate marketing professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment with key partners across Analytics, Marketing, Creative and Finance.
