Responsibilities:

AI Compliance Officer will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing AI compliance frameworks to ensure that our AI systems meet regulatory, ethical, and transparency requirements. This role involves working closely with various internal teams, including legal, data science, AI development, and external regulatory bodies to ensure that the organization’s AI practices align with global standards and regulations
The role focuses on:
1. Ensuring that all AI systems and applications comply with relevant local and global regulations, guidelines, and standards and other emerging AI governance frameworks.
2. Develop and enforce ethical guidelines for AI use, ensuring that AI solutions are transparent, fair, and free from bias, while promoting accountability and responsible AI deployment.
3. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with AI deployments, such as data privacy issues, unintended biases, and algorithmic transparency, to safeguard the organization’s reputation and trustworthiness.
4. Work closely with legal, ISG, DPO, AI development, and external regulatory bodies to create a comprehensive compliance framework that integrates technical, process and legal requirements into AI projects.
