POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our fast-growing startup and lead the development of cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML, Gen AI and LLMs integrations, data science, and software engineering, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s AI capabilities forward as we revolutionize the way people live, work, and retire abroad.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• Gen AI expertise: Proven experience in integrations with LLMs. Knowledge of Agentic workflows & function-calling applications.
• ML Expertise: Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying AI/ML models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with other relevant languages like Javascript, or C++.
• Data Management: Strong capabilities in handling large datasets, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS cloud platform is a must (Azure or GCP is a plus) particularly in deploying and managing AI/ML models.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools for automating the deployment of AI models.
• Big Data Technologies: Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deploying AI models in production environments.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Language: Proficiency in English, both written and conversational.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a startup environment, with a track record of successful AI/ML model deployments.
