We’re seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior AI Research Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in emerging AI technologies. The focus is vehicle Design & Development (D&D) as well as general business use cases. The role is part of a team of AI developers, MLOps, computational & data scientists that build an AI platform – a suite of software systems – enabling rapid evaluation of proof of concepts and deployment of AI solutions to users through custom UIs or by integrating with existing software systems. This pivotal role requires a blend of expertise of R&D in AI & software architecture & development.

REQUIREMENTS

• Lead the research, design and implementation of SOTA AI models, tooling, frameworks and algorithms for core business uses-cases.
• Lead the optimisation by fine-tuning, pre-training, RAG approaches of AI models for general purpose like applications - LLMs, Stable-diffusion.
• Develop a systematic and effective framework to conduct R&D in building and/or evaluating AI solutions and emerging technologies.
• Oversee end-to-end data collection, cleaning, standardization and training preparation of diverse automotive D&D datasets, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Implement scalable machine learning workflows and orchestrators on-premises as well as in cloud environments.
• Ensure that AI solutions, confront with Forseven AI policy & guidelines in terms of data protection, safety and ethics.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional group of engineers and scientists, and collaborate with product design & engineering, manufacturing, and simulation teams to embed AI models into existing workflows.
• Champion the adoption of advanced artificial intelligence-based solutions throughout the organization, demonstrating benefits and long-term value.
