JOB SUMMARY

As a Senior AI Researcher (11745), you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers’ business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.
Your responsibilities will include leading and actively participating in the design, development, and delivery of our software projects.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Graduates in systems, networks or related fields with +5 years of experience.
• Published Research: At least one or two published papers (preferably more) in the area of Machine Learning (ML) or Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Deep Knowledge of Transformers: Expertise in the architecture and implementation of Transformers.
• Strong Coding Skills: Proficient in coding for AI research, including experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA.
• Model Architecture and Optimization: Advanced understanding of AI model architectures, CUDA programming, and optimization techniques.
• Educational Background: Must hold a Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on machine learning or AI.

• AI Research: Conduct in-depth research in the field of LLMs and machine learning, exploring novel techniques to push the boundaries of AI.
• Publications: Author and publish research papers in reputable ML/AI journals and conferences.
• Model Development: Design and develop advanced models using Transformers and related architectures.
