Description:

WHAT THE DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

The Assessments Team within Aon’s Talent Solutions is looking for a Senior Analyst. The Senior Analyst will be accountable for supporting and delivering high quality and effective solutions for our clients in the areas of Assessments by leveraging psychological principles to ensure data-driven decision making.

Project Delivery

  • Work with clients across Southeast Asia
  • Actively participate and contribute in client discussions
  • Support senior consultants or product teams in developing work simulation tests, situational judgment tests or other forms of assessments
  • Work with senior consultants to develop client solutions and recommendations
  • Manage small-size projects independently or large-size projects under supervision from senior consultants
  • Provide project coordination, administrative and logistical support on client projects, as required
  • Handle any additional duties that may be allocated from time to time

Sales & Marketing

  • Support proposal development by providing a technical perspective
  • Pro-actively contribute to product sales by conducting client research and creating technical proposals

Research & Analytics

  • Support assessment validation through designing, implementing, and analyzing the results of construct, criterion-related, content or other validation studies
  • Develop meaningful insights for client purposes
  • Conduct literature review within the organizational psychology space to provide updated input and insights for internal and external communication

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS

  • With relevant experience in HR consulting or general HR field
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Psychology) holder from a renowned university
  • Ability to work as an integral part of a team (across offices & virtually), fostering teamwork and cultivating relationships, as well as working independently or with minimal direction
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Critical and innovative thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills, detail oriented
  • Articulate and possess excellent command in written & spoken English; ability to communicate in a second language (Bahasa) is an advantage
  • Some experience in statistics
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Adaptable and quick learner
