Responsibilities:

WHY IS THIS ROLE IMPORTANT:

You’ll make an impact by using data driven insights to improve our overall Assortment and Space Planning process and systems. We are big on growth and learning; we are looking for someone who shares this passion to help us solve problems facing the business.
Build a meaningful portfolio of projects to provide solutions for product movement, assortment optimization, operations management, and reporting.
Our Sr. Analyst, Reporting and Analytics touches all aspects of the business including Floor planning, Space planning, Assortment Optimization, Supply Chain Replenishment, Category Management, Pricing, Information Technology, and Analytics.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop and deploy process improvements across our Assortment and Space Planning team.
  • Conduct analysis on core business processes and provide insight and recommendations for improvement.
  • Learn and apply new skills and concepts in individual and team-based projects.
  • Present findings and solutions to company executives.
