Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and commercial metrics.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to support business.
  • Participate in regular reviews of business performance, providing insights into successes and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate with key stakeholders, interpret data, provide data-driven recommendations, and help with strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with Regional Operation Mangers to design and implement analytics reports/dashboard to support day-to-day operations.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and generate actionable recommendations to address specific challenges.
  • Interpret data and decipher trends and insights for further analysis. Analyze commercial data from various sources to identify patterns, correlations, and actionable insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Use predictive analytics to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in intelligence tools, techniques, and technologies, and make recommendations for adoption as appropriate.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on intelligence tools, methodologies, and best practices, and provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Statistics, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial intelligence, market research, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial operations.
