MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Conduct analyses of existing first-party customer data to deepen our connection with consumers and drive segmentation opportunities.
- Work with regional partners and a global IT team to improve capabilities of customer data capture, data warehousing, and actionability of data strategy.
- Create automated reporting solutions that enable more efficient ways of working for regional eCommerce teams (trading, marketing, operations).
- Validate and coordinate data flows within the marketing technology stack including data warehouse, CDP, and CRM systems.
- Identify new opportunities to solve regional challenges with existing customer data, and roadmap solutions to incorporate new customer data where necessary.
- Translate complex analytics principles into concise, clear, and actionable outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
- Several years of professional experience in consumer insights, digital analytics, or business intelligence.
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills. Highly comfortable with demonstrating data to drive decisions and tell a story.
- Foundational knowledge of predictive and statistical modelling techniques to segment customer data and experience using Python or R for statistical analysis.
- Experience with PowerBI and DAX/M to create dashboards and reports.
- Command of SQL and principles of database architecture required, with experience in Snowflake and BigQuery preferred.
- Experience with a modern digital marketing technology stack.
- Experience working with partners at multiple levels within an organization (operations, marketing, finance, privacy, etc.).
- Action-oriented self-starter who can set strategy and drive execution with a “roll up the sleeves” approach.
- Ability to translate business challenges into analytics projects and communicate insights to key partners.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Passionate about the brand with a deep appreciation for the product and understanding of the customer’s experience.
