Are you a data-driven problem-solver passionate about optimising processes and driving efficiency and innovation? Join our Continuous Improvement Team at the University of Otago and make a lasting impact!
We’re seeking a skilled professional to drive business process improvements across multiple functions. You’ll analyse data, identify opportunities, and develop efficient processes. Key responsibilities include leading scoping sessions, collaborating on process automation and applying industry principles to enhance user experience. You’ll also establish performance metrics, manage change implementation, and provide expert coaching and mentorship to analysts, ensuring continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE/KĀ PŪKEKA ME KĀ WHEAKO
To excel in this role, you will have:
- A strong grasp of Lean Six Sigma principles – a Green Belt certification is a bonus!
- Experience with process mapping and optimisation in large, complex organisations.
- An understanding of Service Design principles.
- Proven success in driving process improvements and delivering results.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Great problem-solving skills required for this dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
Experience with Nintex Process Manager and Nintex Automation Cloud preferred, but not essential.
Our ideal candidate will have a tertiary-level qualification in business analysis, project management, or related fields, recognised qualification(s) such as Lean Six Sigma, and demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst or similar role within a large, complex organisation.
