This position allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, through your knowledge of institutional account management and skills in compiling, analyzing and interpreting varied data, while making recommendations.

• Process non-standard rejected transactions with a view to settling or paying them
• Serve as a resource person for business line account managers, internal and external portfolio managers and other operational teams
• Answer a variety of requests, mainly by email, but also by phone
• Analyze several types of reconciliation and explain gaps and make recommendations to resolve issues
• Have a thorough, end-to-end knowledge of various processes related to securities custody in order to provide high-quality support
• Help to build the Operations Custody Services Centre of Excellence
