The analytics team partners with its clients and agency co-workers to help answer three fundamental questions: what happened? so what? and what’s next? Our answers to these questions are rooted in and driven by data. As such, we are experts in leveraging data to measure marketing results, analyze trends and relationships, and identify opportunities for improving marketing and business performance over time. Ultimately, we believe data itself is not a competitive differentiator, rather how a company makes its data actionable that will determine its competitive advantage.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a related quantitative field
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence/data visualization tools (e.g. Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of web analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable, easy-to-understand insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field preferred (e.g. statistics, economics, computer science)
Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
Our growing agency is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to lead our digital marketing analytics efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting digital marketing performance data to provide actionable insights that drive strategy and optimize campaign effectiveness for our clients.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Develop comprehensive reporting dashboards and data visualizations to track and analyze digital marketing KPIs such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition, and return on ad spend
- Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover trends, identify areas of opportunity, and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with account managers, media buyers, and creative teams to understand business objectives and align analytics initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing measurement best practices, tools, and technologies
- Effectively communicate analytical findings and proposed optimizations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and clients
- Manage digital analytics projects from start to finish, including setting project timelines, tracking progress, and delivering high-quality results
- Mentor and train junior members of the analytics team to build a strong, capable department
