REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience of 2+ year in a Shared Services Environment is a plus
• Very good level of English is must, any other European language is a big advantage.
• University degree preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP.
• Good communication skills, willing to learn and grow.
• Microsoft Office products knowledge is a big plus.Especially, Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Established Accounts Payable professional. Processes invoices and disbursements, compiles and maintains Accounts Payable reports and entries, compares budget and actual costs and prepares financial reporting.
Executes disbursement processes in compliance with control policies
Actively contributes to continuous process improvements
Drives strong and consistent analysis/controls

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing review and authorization of payments
• Monitor and management of direct template uploads in different banking portals.
• Monitor and work towards the reduction of ad hoc/manual payments.
• Collaborate with AP team, to ensure critical vendors are paid on time.
• Ensure critical controls are being followed based on internal policies.
• Generate and transmit remittance advices.
• Undertake voiding processes as required.
• Execute standard and ad hoc Disbursement process related activities and reporting.
• Support other teams as business demands requires.
• Contribute to operational and strategic process improvements.
