Job Title

To support Manager- Business Performance & Analysis in business performance review & financial analysis activities for EC&FZ cluster in line with the annual balanced scorecard for the cluster. The role holder is responsible for:

• Monitoring & measuring the performance of EC&FZ cluster balanced scorecard by coordinating internally with all stakeholders and reporting it on monthly basis to the corporate finance strategy team.
• Ensure compliance to the excellence management requirements. This include ensuring all internal audit & non-conformities timely compliance, identifying & implementing process improvements, excellence maturity assessments, addressing all IMS requirements to maintain the ISO standards certification

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with all stakeholders to set up annual objectives and targets for EC&FZ cluster.
• Coordinate with EC&FZ cluster team to finalize key strategic projects & initiatives to track and report performance to the management on monthly basis.
• Oversee the collation of all management meeting packs (i.e. board meeting pack, corporate ExCom pack and EC&FZ ExCom pack).
• Ensure all the key commercial databases (i.e. land, warehouse, FZ workstations etc.) is updated and maintained on weekly basis.
• Perform opex & capex budget transfers as on when needed &monitoring of financial performance against the budget.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders in reporting commercial and excellence maturity performance on a monthly basis
