Description:

The Senior Analyst, Strategy role is crucial in supporting the overall strategic mandate by partnering with team leaders to mobilize resources and fulfill special projects within the Transformation Office. This role involves delivering advisory services to senior management and maintaining a monitoring framework to ensure successful strategy execution.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline with 2 years of experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience using a variety of strategy frameworks, methods and techniques to achieve goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build support and navigate competing priorities.
  • Ability to maintain customer focus when making recommendations and decisions.
  • Ownership of career development with proactive coaching and feedback seeking.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis of industry trends, market positioning, or competitive activities related to a segment or function strategy. Based on research, recommend actions or alternatives for discussion and decision by the Strategy Lead or relevant business partner.
  • Market and Competitive Intelligence: Provide market and competitive intelligence profiles to keep the team abreast of external developments.
  • Management Reporting: Serve as a resource for insights for annual, quarterly, and monthly management reporting deliverables.
  • Strategic Planning Framework Support: Support the implementation of strategic planning frameworks and processes that engage leaders in strategic dialogues and decision-making.
  • Strategy Discussions Support: Support strategy discussions across key business units and with strategy groups across the organization.
