Investment Office Operations Europe Team is seeking for a Senior Analyst Investment Office Operations Europe f/m/d based in Schkeuditz/Leipzig or in Europe to be a part of our global network as a member of the Network Operations Management Team, could this be you?

Responsibilities:

  • Support the building, review and implementation of a strong Operational Infrastructure Investment Portfolio for Express Europe
  • Act as central point of contact for all Business Case (BCA) related queries
  • Participate in the BCA approval process including the organization of review meetings, the preparation of relevant documents, validation of submissions in terms of completeness and coherence, submission to further approval boards and documentation of approvals
  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with key stakeholders (in country, region and global offices) to ensure adherence to and understanding of the Investment office policies and processes
  • Support and steer countries with the production of business cases considering a high quality approach
  • Coordinate BCA reviews and document approvals from all involved stakeholders
  • Maintain and further develop the required BCA templates and supporting documents
  • Develop a culture of quality, service excellence, flexibility and cost consciousness
  • Manage and develop Investment Office intranet site
