This leading Pan European Real Estate Investment Manager are looking for a Senior Analyst to join their Investor Relations and Capital Raising team.
Managing £9.5bn in assets across all property types, the company focus of value-add strategies as well as several debt funds. They invest on behalf of private and institutional clients with over 80 active LPs.

This role is at Senior Analyst level and will support the Investor Relations team across all regions, being the main point of contact for the due diligence processes required to successfully service existing and prospective investors.
This role is a key appointment to a dynamic team, and will work with all departments across the business, as well as with senior members of the firm, to play an important role in their continued growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the database of investment information, including ongoing and up-to-date knowledge of the company’s underlying Real Estate investments
  • Manage responses to requests for data from internal and external sources
  • Work with the IR team to provide information to existing and prospective clients in all Global regions
  • Support the drafting and updating process for fundraising materials
  • Produce and update marketing materials and client presentations on a timely and ad hoc basis
  • Conduct client analysis to support fundraising / client retention / business growth
  • Participate in internal strategy meetings around new product launches
  • Lead on the due diligence processes required to service existing clients and raise new capital. This includes tasks such as completing investor RFPs; data analysis; research; participating in new product launches; and managing ad-hoc investor requests (liaising with multiple internal business teams).

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in finance / advisory / private equity, with experience of and a passion for real estate investments
  • Strong financial modelling skills in Excel - Advanced quantitative/analytical skills, able to deal confidently and accurately with large and complex datasets
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and develop relationships quickly (with both junior and senior members of the firm)
  • Be able to apply commercial judgement to support key strategic decision-making
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
