Description:
INTRODUCTION:
Join our Capital team as a Senior Analyst! In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of financial modelling, capital transaction support, and investment due diligence. You’ll collaborate with our innovative development team to evaluate and assess cutting-edge development projects, model and review capital stack solutions and support credit reviews and venture capital research. Your analytical expertise will help identify and assess investment opportunities, risks, and market trends, driving success and innovation at Jinding.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and capital analysis
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, market trends, and financial statements
- Experience in conducting due diligence and credit assessments
- Knowledge of venture capital, private equity, and investment analysis
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Familiarity with land subdivision development processes
- Strong numerical skills and experience in Estate Master and Excel
- Ability to create, manage, and Analyse project feasibility
- Strong understanding of capital structures and ability to model financial scenarios
