We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst - Mergers & Acquisitions Tax to join our Honeywell team in Prague.
You will play a vital role in supporting our corporate tax team in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and with your expertise in tax law and financial analysis will be crucial in ensuring compliance with regulations and maximizing the organization’s financial objectives. In this role, you will impact the company’s bottom line by providing expert tax advice and guidance on M&A transactions, conducting due diligence, and assessing the tax implications of business decisions. Your contributions will directly contribute to the success of Honeywell’s M&A activities and help drive the company’s growth. The role will report to the Tax Director, located in Prague.

KEY EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax analysis, preferably with prior M&A-related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or equivalent certification
- Advanced level of English, written and spoken
Responsibilities:
- Conduct tax due diligence for potential M&A transactions
- Assess the tax implications of proposed business decisions and transactions
- Provide tax advice and guidance to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tax compliance
- Assist in the integration of acquired companies from a tax perspective
