Description:
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 7 plus years of specific experienc
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountan
Responsibilities:
- Manages end-to-end improvements of Shared Business Services processes by supporting documentation, design, and transformation efforts, enhancing operational efficiency through analysis of business processes and financial data, and utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills to develop business cases for change
- Facilitate workshops to document current processes and design future states, perform gap analysis, and work with process owners on planning/executing transformation roadmaps to drive scalability and end-to-end effectiveness in Shared Business Services processes
- Conduct data analyses and use data findings to develop process improvement plans/business solutions and drive efficiencies
- Communicate analyses and findings with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for updating existing processes and launching of new processes
- Lead the execution of business solutions by communicating project plans to all stakeholders, establish performance standards, clarify business priorities and information/data, and measure project progress
- Support a continuous improvement culture by providing training and coaching to team members on process optimization
- Other projects or duties as assigned
