Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the end-to-end processes supported by the COE, including the confident delivery of solutions and responses to questions and queries.
- Project management for systems improvement projects including stakeholders from across the COE and the wider business.
- Train hotel and COE Team Members on COE supported processes.
- Help hotel and COE stakeholders through change management during process changes.
- Identify issues and opportunities across COE supported processes and work with relevant stakeholders to develop and deliver improvements.
- Ensure that processes are compliant with Hilton Policies and local regulations, ensuring adherence is always achieved.
- Work with hotel and COE stakeholders to improve communication and teamwork between the hotels and the COE.
- Other tasks as required by business operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education: University graduate and/or accounting bachelor
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Hotel Finance experience and/or Centralized accounting experience
- Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years in a hotel Finance team, in at least 2 different hotels
- Systems knowledge: OnQ, Navision, DocuWare, Birchstreet, Oasys
