Position Summary…
What you’ll do…
The Manager, Business Analysis and Insights in role in Global Procurement, will support the Facilities Services (FS), Construction Materials and Equipment (CME), and Marketing services categories with the primary focus to develop and execute procurement analytics and insights across multiple categories and business segments; partnering with strategic sourcing to leverage the scale of One Walmart to create and deliver value. This role requires an initiative-taking and talented professional with a strong aptitude for critical thinking, problem solving and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to create and deliver results.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Statistics, Economics, or related field and at least 2years experience in analytics and insights, leading cross-functional teams/projects, market intelligence, supplier intelligence and related fields OR
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Statistics, Economics, or related field OR
- At least 5years experience in analytics and insights, leading cross-functional teams/projects, market intelligence, supplier intelligence and related fields

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
