Description:
YOU WILL…
- Proactively explore the “why” behind user behavior, feature usage, and new product launch performance. Regularly share these insights with stakeholders who can benefit from them.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on our Product teams to manage an analytics backlog and prioritize tasks based on the potential impact on team OKRs.
- Develop comprehensive user archetypes by analyzing content consumption, product feature usage, device type, and other demographic data to build a 360-degree view of the customer, enabling Fandom to create products that better meet our users’ needs.
- Create and monitor KPIs and dashboards to track product performance, including new product launches. Use these metrics to identify risks, measure success, and recommend optimizations.
- Analyze A/B and multivariate tests, advocating for proper experimental design and testing practices.
- Craft engaging narratives about emerging trends in our user base and traffic patterns, tailored to resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Confidently justify code decisions and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Maintain strong relationships with our Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Product Marketing, and other teams you’ll regularly interact with.
