Mō te tūranga | About the Role
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and maintaining the Business Product & Payments product roadmaps, while supporting transformative change initiatives across the portfolio.
You’ll contribute to the strategic direction of Business Product & Payments by helping drive transformation towards Westpac’s target state for products and processes. By collaborating with delivery teams and stakeholders across Westpac, you’ll ensure our alignment with product vision and strategy, as well as ensuring the achievement of business outcomes post-implementation.
Your work will also involve developing and documenting product roadmaps, leveraging stakeholder feedback, data insights, and external best practices to guide delivery efforts. You’ll play a key role in planning and prioritising resources, managing change prioritisation, budgeting, resource allocation, approvals, and governance processes.
This role requires someone who can influence and collaborate with delivery experience, can be an advocate for Business Product & Payments with decisions reflecting a One-Team mindset and understanding of Westpac’s drivers and constraints.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the proven ability to articulate concepts and outcomes
- Product Management experience in the Financial Services industry (Banking would be advantageous)
- Strong commercial acumen and delivery focused
