SENIOR ANALYST, PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO)

We’re looking for a motivated Analyst to join team PRISM (Procurement, Risk Reduction, Innovation and Supply Management) as a member of our PMO. In this role at DaVita, you’ll report to a Project Manager and have the opportunity to support our team in delivering value back to the Village through continuous improvement while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. Collect, analyze, and organize project data and information to support decision-making and drive project success. Develop and automate reports and dashboards Analyze learning data – draw meaningful conclusions and insights Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and repositories, promoting transparency and accountability within the PMO and upholding our reputation of excellence at the Village. Support project managers in identifying opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and service enhancements. Coordinate project meetings and communications, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting minutes, to ensure collaboration and information sharing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and facilitate communication on project-related activities. Contribute to the development and implementation of PMO tools, templates, and best practices to optimize project management processes and outcomes.
